WHAT CAN i DO TO HELP MY FOOT PAIN AND CRAMPS?

Well in my last post which you can read here if your too lazy to find it, i talked about insoles and footcare and how scholl is manipulating the searhce ngine rankings and coinidentally I have started to get foot pain.. ouch! Really not fair. Luckily though I know WHO NOT to buy soem insoles form now.

Writing this post really to ask for any advise anyone might have for helping stop foot cramps and pain.. I keep on getting it in my feet. Its gotten quite bad it has stopped me running too.. so need to get it sorted asap!
My foot pain is around the ball of my foot.. I also keep on getting foot cramp when I move my toes.. tis quite bad. Iv had this for quite a while now and it is slowly getting worse and worse.. it is worse when I wake up.... my feet feel all tight and sore and I can give myself foot cramp on demand if I durl up my toes. Been doing my homework and it maybe that my metatarsal aint getting the right support they need... I presume that's the reason because my feet are flat and this effects the pronantion and how I leverage weight on my feet when I walk and my arches cannot properly support my weight well that's according to what I have read anyway on the net I need to get some metatarsal pads or arch supports. I really want to sort out the foot cramps because they are the worst thing.. Im not too sure what causes foot cramp but maybe some metatarsal pads which are meant to support the ball of the foot may stop them.. that is what I am hoping anyway. So metatarsal pads are probably what I need, these wont cost me too much but just another annoyance thought but hopefully it should help solve my problem.  Been looking around for some and think I will try these pads but first does anyone know any other good ones I can try or anything else which may help?

PS... sorry to bore you with all of this :D

google ignores paid link report

Scholl a well known foot care and insoles company who are worth billions have been buying links giving them a unfair advantage in the search results. Search engine use do follow links to determine the value and authority of a website and the better and more links a site has a higher up in the search results. Buying links that are do follow is a violation of search engines quality guidelines and means the site buying links get a un fair advantage above other sites. Despite scholl being one of the biggest footcare brands there website is spammy... and does not give the user what they are looking for... they do not sell insoles or footcare products actually on there website and are just spammy landing pages telling people in a couple of sentences about there products (which in my opinion aren't very good anyway).. there backlink profile is very spammy and obviously using a seo company to create mass spam forum links and comment links to further game the system but the biggest boost that they are getting is from channel 5.. with a sponsored do follow banner with the alt text "sponsored by scholl" pointing to a insoles product they sell... this paid link is found on multiple pages on channel 5 all of which have high page rank and thuis are boosting scholl up in the ranking for search terms such as insoles and arch support insoles....

You maybe wondering why I am annoyed by this so much well the reason is if all big company's with millions to spend on paid links did this then small businesses would simply get crushed in the search results and only those who could afford it can rank (then again with the growing number of ads on google pushing down the organic results it wont be long till this is the case). In my personal opinion there are tons better footcare and insoles brands that are not ranking and it is a real shame that this big brand who arent playing fairly are ranking high and not the good guys who deserve it. I have reported the site many months ago to google using their spam report tool but google has not taken any action whatsoever and it is clear to see by scholls back link profile with targeted spammy anchor texts from blog post comments nothing to do with insoles and very little valuable links and with the vast vast majority of their links coming from channel 5's paid link they do not derserve to be ranking where they are one bit!

Google playing fair?

As you may or may not know google owns 69% of the internet search engine market share this generates them billions each year and makes them the biggest entity on the internet and the internet is become more and more a fundamental part of eCommerce. So google needs to play by the rules and make the search result fair (even if google ads are pushing down the real results and harming peoples businesses).. some people say that it is google business and search engine so can do what they like.. people who say this are fools. Google has responsibilities and must not break anti competitive rules set out to protect businesses and consumers.... However recently google has took action and penalized ebay another super giant on the internet.. and the apparent reason for this penalty according to some sources is that ebay stopped buying adwords so google deiced that they will penalize there site as a punishment and to hopefully stop other eCommerce giants dropping adwords as well (because of a Harvard business report that found that google adwords is a waste of money for bug business as it does not create new customers and is pointless which led ebay to drop adwords.. Harvard also said that amazon and walgreen other big spenders of adwords may choose to drop adwords.... this would have a huge impact on google business... so penalizing big sites that do may deter others from doing the same)
